For those following my book-related posts, I’m making a slight change to how I share this work.
As many of you know, I’ve been developing a new book, The Puzzle and Its Pieces: A Strategic View of Business and Technology. This process has generated numerous ideas that extend beyond the book itself—thoughts on innovation, digital transformation, AI, organisational dynamics, and more.
To better organise this expanding body of work, I’ve recently launched a Substack newsletter where I’ll be sharing book excerpts, work-in-progress concepts, and applications of the analytical framework I’m developing.
Why Substack? It provides a focused channel for those specifically interested in these themes, while allowing this blog to continue covering broader topics in technology, risk, governance, and business strategy.
If you’re interested in following the book’s development and the ideas it’s generating, you can find my Substack at https://thepuzzleanditspieces.substack.com/. There, you’ll soon find posts exploring the limits of large language models, the application of my analytical framework to challenges like housing affordability, and other themes at the intersection of business and technology.
This blog will continue as a home for my broader thoughts and observations. But for book-specific content and the ideas flowing from that work, Substack is where you’ll find me.
As always, I’d love to hear your thoughts—what resonates, what challenges your thinking, and what topics you’d like to see explored. Let’s see where this goes.
