About

Peter Evans-Greenwood helps organisations see around corners—spotting the patterns that signal what’s next and acting before change arrives.

A strategist, systems thinker, and Senior Fellow with the ADC Forum, he works at the intersection of emerging technology, institutional change, and business transformation, helping leaders cut through complexity to find leverage and unlock new paths to growth.

Drawing on a background that spans software engineering, management consulting, and applied research, Peter integrates insights from across disciplines to map system shifts in real time. His work focuses on how institutional legitimacy erodes, how ecosystems adapt, and how we might lead collaboratively through uncertainty—not by predicting the future, but by noticing the patterns already reshaping it.

Peter was a founding Fellow of Deloitte’s Centre for the Edge in Australia, lectures in emerging technology and business strategy at RMIT, and is currently writing a book on strategic transformation in complex, multi-actor systems.
